Group Classes

Sharing experiences, learning from others and having the support of other people can be especially helpful when dealing with a disease such as diabetes, being pregnant for the first time or when trying to lose weight. To help people with these various life changes, group classes are offered periodically throughout the year. Yoga Classes

Yoga classes for beginners are offered throughout the year. The classes are one hour in length and geared towards people who have little or no experience with yoga and for people who are new to exercise. Classes are held in 6-week sessions and are $12 per class ($72 for the session) and pre-registration is required. Check this space for updated information on upcoming classes.
